Business Systems Analyst

Pay Range: $55/hr - $61/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily system log monitoring and troubleshoot interface errors within the SAP S/4HANA system.
• Support eCommerce process improvement projects by evaluating current work processes and identifying strategies for enhancement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HQ, Engineering, Operations, and vendors as needed.
• Assist in project planning, including scheduling, defining roles and responsibilities, and documentation.
• Present re-engineered processes to all levels of the organization.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• 2-5 years of experience supporting operations and product delivery using SAP S/4HANA.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Computer Science or Information Sciences and Technology preferred).
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to identify areas for improvement.
• Expert/Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Experience with Confluence and JIRA is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines.
• Korean speaking is a plus but not required.
