Job Title: PMO Lead – Data Center Site Operations

Location: US – Multiple Site Clusters (Travel Required)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Programme Manager to manage planning, site readiness, reporting, and operational coordination across multiple data center sites or programme workstreams. The ideal candidate will have strong programme management experience, preferably supporting hyperscale data center construction or deployment projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage programme plans covering site openings, onboarding, staffing, schedules, site access, safety coverage, and equipment readiness.
• Track client dependencies, including badging, tool access, site access windows, and audit requirements.
• Maintain site readiness trackers and ensure all critical items are completed before go-live.
• Prepare daily progress reports, weekly KPI reports, and monthly operational review updates.
• Maintain RAID logs, change controls, risks, and issue escalation reports.
• Track purchase orders (POs), headcount, timesheets, invoices, and budget-related activities.
• Coordinate with Talent Acquisition, HR, Travel, Admin, Procurement, IT, and client stakeholders.
• Escalate delays and risks proactively to senior programme leadership.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in programme or project management.
• 3+ years of experience managing multi-site field, construction, or data center programmes.
• Experience with hyperscale data center build-outs or major data center contractors is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Project or Smartsheet, Excel/Google Sheets, and reporting dashboards.
• Strong stakeholder management, planning, reporting, and risk management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel between multiple US sites as required.

Preferred Certifications

• PMP, PgMP, or PRINCE2.

Success Criteria

• All site readiness requirements completed before go-live.
• Accurate and timely programme reporting.
• Effective tracking and escalation of client dependencies.
• Strong coordination across teams to minimize delays and maintain delivery schedules.

Work Arrangement: Multi-site US operations with travel between assigned site clusters.
