Program Manager Lead with MES Deployment Exp

Corusconsulting is looking for  Program Lead, MES Deployment

Core responsibilities

Create and run the NIMBLE Deployment PMO.
Set the deployment wave strategy, site sequencing, master schedule and critical path.
Coordinate business, technology, infrastructure, validation, data, training, change and go-live
workstreams.
Use monday.com as the program workspace for plans, milestones, RAID items, decisions,
dependencies, resource visibility and site readiness.
Set governance forums, meeting cadences, action tracking, decision logs and escalation routes.
Manage the portfolio through execution, including site progress, dependencies, risks, readiness and
go-live preparation.
Build the network of Regional Deployment Leaders and Site Digital Manufacturing Leads.
Create the program charter, RACI matrices, resource plan, risk framework, deployment method,
dashboards and reporting pack.
Coach client resources so future deployment waves can be managed internally.
Plan hypercare and capture lessons learned after each deployment.

Governance and reporting
The role will establish governance across the following levels:

Executive Steering Committee, monthly
Program Governance Board, every 2 weeks
Regional Deployment Reviews, weekly
Site Deployment Reviews, weekly during deployment
Go-Live Readiness Reviews, as stage gates
The consultant will provide clear reporting on deployment status, site readiness, resources, risks,
milestones, budget performance, go-live quality and business adoption.
Candidate profile
We are looking for a senior program leader with a strong record in global manufacturing systems
deployment. Relevant experience includes:

10+ years of program management experience.
At least 1 large-scale MES, MOM or equivalent manufacturing systems deployment.
Global, multi-site deployment leadership across several regions or countries.
PMO creation and operation, governance design and executive reporting.
Resource planning, forecasting, vendor management and escalation management.
Experience coordinating Agile product development with deployment, infrastructure, validation,
readiness, cutover and go-live work.
Direct exposure to manufacturing operations and factory-level stakeholders.
Experience coaching regional or site deployment leaders.
Relevant platforms may include GE Proficy, Siemens Opcenter, AVEVA MES, Rockwell FactoryTalk,
Apriso, Werum PAS-X, Ignition-based MES, SAP ECC or S/4HANA, QAD, Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics.
Experience in life sciences, medical devices, specialty chemicals, process manufacturing or industrial
manufacturing is preferred.
