Compensation: $110,000 - $135,000

Position Overview

Ledgent Technology is partnering with a valued client to identify a Senior Digital Project Manager to lead digital and technology-focused initiatives for enterprise customers. This role is ideal for a project management professional with experience in agency, consulting, or other client-facing environments who excels at driving delivery, managing stakeholder relationships, and leading cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate brings a combination of project leadership, strategic thinking, and client management expertise. They are comfortable working directly with executive stakeholders, navigating complex priorities, and partnering with developers, business analysts, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to balance big-picture objectives with day-to-day execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead digital, software, web, mobile, and technology-focused projects from initiation through delivery.


• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders.


• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables.


• Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, QA, and design resources.


• Drive project planning, status reporting, and stakeholder communications.


• Navigate changing priorities and scope adjustments while maintaining project momentum.


• Build trusted client relationships and confidently manage executive-level conversations.


• Partner closely with technical teams to understand project requirements and delivery needs.


• Apply strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills to project decisions and challenges.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience; 10+ years preferred.


• Experience leading digital, software, web, mobile, or technology-focused projects.


• Background in an agency, consulting, professional services, or client-facing delivery environment.


• Experience supporting enterprise-level clients and stakeholders.


• Proven success managing multiple concurrent projects and cross-functional teams.


• Strong understanding of software development processes and project delivery methodologies.


• Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.


• Experience working directly with executive leadership.


• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Experience

• Digital agency, software consultancy, or professional services experience.


• Consumer-facing digital product or application experience.


• Experience partnering closely with development teams.


• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development lifecycles.


• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
