Advertisement Operations Executive

This role sits within Doctors.net.uk, a subsidiary of M3 Inc. Doctors.net.uk is the UK's largest professional network of doctors; a closed community used by over 50,000 doctors daily and with a total membership of over 245,000. Products range from a trusted email communications platform to robust news and educational web pages along with our world-class sponsored pharmaceutical content and doctors’ own user-generated content. Our mission is to continually improve these offerings as well as identifying new ways to support our community of doctors throughout their careers.

The AdOps executive’s aim will be to maintain and support the growth of M3’s advertisement offering whilst ensuring the smooth delivery of all commercial display campaigns.

Execution and optimisation of Advertisement Operations

• Full ownership of the Ad Manager product, including its setup, configuration and ongoing management
• Facilitate the overarching advertising strategy for DNUK, looking beyond individual projects to shape and deliver against wider commercial objectives
• Support commercial teams in developing banner ad packages and generating ideas for new commercial banner ad products for clients
• Manage the building and delivery of commercial and internal display projects on DNUK, working with Programme Managers
• Analyse & optimise campaign performance, reporting back to Programme Management/Sales team on individual project performance
• Responsible for the Live Ops email/display bookings tool
• Inventory forecast and management
• Overseeing all programmatic operations and driving revenue growth on buyside/sellside
• Optimisation and analysis of eCPM for the open marketplace
• Ensuring optimal placement of advertisement units on DNUK working with Product/Development teams

• Proven experience in Advertisement Operations, ideally including ad server management
• Ability to prioritise effectively to meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills – oral and written
• People person – can work with different teams to plan, implement and optimise campaigns for best performance
• Proactive and passionate about delivering great customer service for both clients and team, with a desire to exceed expectations
• Highly organised and motivated
• Methodical with excellent attention to detail
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and a creative problem solver
• A passion for learning new skills
