Job description

Supermetrics is looking for a Field Marketing Specialist to turn our event strategy into pipeline across EMEA. You’ll own the campaigns behind our events and virtual Programs, using AI to build faster so you can spend more time where people make the difference. You’ll run projects end to end with minimal supervision and report to the Senior Field Marketing Manager, EMEA. This role is hybrid in Dublin and Amsterdam, and fully remote if you’re in the UK.

In this role, you will deliver qualified leads and pipeline from our regional events and field activations, be the face of Supermetrics at flagship shows across EMEA, and take each campaign from build through to ROI review.

Your day-to-day work and responsibilities include…

  • Running booth flow and handling vendor, staffing, partner and sponsor logistics on-site, and acting as the first escalation point (escalating to your manager only for decisions outside the agreed budget or scope)
  • Leading our bi-weekly Virtual Hands-On Lab (VHOL) series, from registration and reminders to attendance and follow-up, and adjusting when numbers are off-plan
  • Partnering with Product Marketing and Sales Engineering on speaker readiness and technical audience engagement
  • Owning event campaign builds in HubSpot (forms, landing pages, emails, lead preparation, upload and tracking) and coordinating setup across Jira/DESIGNOPS and Sanity with Marketing Ops
  • Using Claude to speed up builds, lead prep and reporting, and automating repeatable work
  • Diagnosing attribution gaps and lead-routing issues with Marketing Ops and RevOps, so every event lead is clean, routed and followed up quickly
  • Evaluating event ROI using procurement and performance data, deciding what to repeat, cut or scale, and presenting findings in monthly performance reviews
  • Managing the field calendar for your EMEA markets within budget, and sharing best practice with newer team members

This position is for you if you have…

  • 5+ years in B2B event marketing, field marketing or campaign management, with a track record of managing live, in-person events
  • Clear ownership and structured execution, with lead quality and pipeline as your measure of success and milestones delivered on time and to standard
  • Working knowledge of HubSpot and UTM tracking, with high standards for QA and reporting
  • The ability to make calm, sound real-time decisions with incomplete information (a vendor no-show 20 minutes before doors open, a sponsor conflict on the show floor)
  • AI in your daily work through repeatable habits. You can walk us through a specific workflow and estimate its before/after impact, and you check AI outputs and use only approved tools with lead data
  • A proactive approach to partnering across teams and regional Sales: spotting risks early and resolving blockers rather than passing them on
  • Travel is a core part of this role: you're energised by frequent travel across EMEA for major events, and have the appetite to take on more as our in-person programme grows
  • Nice to have: some experience with Jira/Confluence and CMS tools such as Sanity

Benefits we offer…

  • Competitive compensation package, including equity
  • Great work equipment, and home office allowance for those working in our fully remote locations
  • Health care benefit and leisure time insurance
  • Annual 1000 euros of personal learning budget
  • Sports and wellbeing allowance

Benefits may vary depending on location.

Join us in putting AI to work for marketers

Supermetrics helps marketers make better decisions. It connects marketing data from platforms like Facebook Ads and Google Analytics to the AI tools, analytics tools, and data warehouses marketers already use, putting it right where they need it.

With Supermetrics, a marketer can connect their data to AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT, ask questions about their campaigns, and get insights and recommendations grounded in live data. From there, they can also manage and update campaigns across every connected platform, automatically and in one place, using guardrails to stay in control.

We work with organizations of every size: small teams that want enterprise-level reporting without the overhead, global brands like Dyson and L'Oréal that need visibility across millions in ad spend, and agencies like dentsu and McCann UK that manage large portfolios of client accounts at scale. In total, over 200,000 businesses trust Supermetrics to help them make the best decisions with their marketing data. We've grown from a one-person shop in 2013 into a global powerhouse, and we're only getting started.

Today, we're 300+ people, with teams spread across 10 countries and 3 continents. Our team represents more than 50 nationalities which makes us a multicultural, collaborative, thriving team.

Supermetrics operates on trust, transparency, and a keen customer focus. Forward-looking and quick to act, we see what needs doing, take ownership, and run with it. As team players, we help each other and win together.

How we use AI in the recruitment process:

We use AI to help our recruiters work through applications faster, for example, summarizing your resume and scheduling interviews. A recruiter reviews every application, and no hiring decision is ever made by AI.

For some roles, your first interview may be with an AI interviewer instead of a person, and a recruiter reviews that conversation before deciding whether you move forward. From there, our human interviewers may use AI to take notes throughout the rest of the process, never to score or evaluate you, just so they can stay focused on the conversation instead of typing. You'll be told before this happens, and if you'd rather not be recorded, you can opt out at any point. It covers the rest of your process and never affects how you're evaluated. Every hiring decision is made by our human recruiting and hiring teams.
