Please focus on candidates with strong IT Business Analyst experience, particularly in requirements gathering, process analysis, Agile/SDLC, and stakeholder management. Strong hands-on SQL or Python skills are mandatory, with Financial Services/Banking or Risk Data experience highly preferred; candidates must also be comfortable with the 3 days onsite / 2 days remote hybrid requirement in Charlotte, NC.
 
Description:
Must screen candidates for strong SQL or Python skills.
 
Acts as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, converting evolving reporting needs into clear, actionable requirements aligned with regulatory and enterprise objectives. Focus on improving efficiency by identifying gaps, eliminating redundancies, and standardizing workflows across pipelines, enabling faster delivery and scalable, high-quality solutions.
 
Required Qualifications
  • Strong ability to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into clear technical specifications
  • Proven stakeholder/project management across business and technology teams
  • Process analysis skills to identify inefficiencies and drive optimization
  • Solid understanding of Agile / SDLC practices
  • Clear, concise documentation and communication skills
  • Strong problem‑solving and critical thinking ability
  • Awareness of regulatory and compliance requirements
 
Desired Qualifications
  • Domain experience in financial services or risk data
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
  • Exposure to managed Agile delivery process (Jira, backlog, sprint planning)
  • Certifications such as CBAP, PMI‑PBA, or Agile
  • Python, PL/SQL, JAVA, would be a plus
  • Technical skills are desired
