Job Description

Seeking a Business Analyst with strong ServiceNow experience to support workflow and service delivery initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of Business Analysis experience, including at least 2 years focused on ServiceNow workflows and service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize ServiceNow workflows, catalogs, and forms.

• Gather and document requirements from business stakeholders.

• Translate business requirements into effective ServiceNow solutions.

• Support ITSM and ITIL processes and best practices.

• Work closely with technical and business teams.

• Apply UX and human-centered design principles to improve user experience.

• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and delivery activities.

• Work with Jira and Confluence for project tracking and documentation.
