Position: Sr. Business Analyst

Location: Hanover, NJ

Job Description:

• Bachelor's degree or Master’s Degree in Computer science, or a related field, with minimum 13+ Years of relevant experience
• 8 years of experience as an SME for Capital Markets Business Analyst role
• Hands on experience of capital market asset classes such as Fixed Income Equities FX or Derivatives
• Workflow Design Gather business needs from traders’ sales and middle office teams to write clear Business Requirement Documents BRDs and Functional Requirement Documents FRDs
• Trade Lifecycle Support Analyze and optimize front to back trade capture trade allocation confirmation and position reconciliation flows
• Exception Break Management Investigate trade discrepancies settlement fails and risk calculation breaks between trading platforms and downstream systems
• System Implementation Testing Coordinate User Acceptance Testing UAT write test scripts and manage operational readiness for new software releases or pricing models
• Cross Functional Liaison Serve as the primary contact point linking Front Office trading desks with Middle Office risk operations and IT developers
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of identifying and resolving complex billing issues.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
