Title: Business Analyst – HEDIS
Location: Minnetonka, MN – 100% Remote
Duration: 12+ Month Contract
Interview: Phone followed by Video

Client: UnitedHealth Group

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of Business/Data Analysis experience
• 3+ years of hands-on HEDIS experience with CMS/NCQA Quality Measures
• Strong healthcare/clinical data warehousing experience
• 5+ years of SQL
• In-depth understanding of the end-to-end HEDIS process and quality reporting
• Ability to analyze datasets, define data mappings, write transformation rules, and translate requirements into features
• Healthcare domain experience is required
• Medical coding experience is a plus
• Must be able to work independently and drive requirements from start to finish
