Description

Join our team as a Scrum Master, facilitating agile delivery for digital content management projects in New York. This contract role requires leading agile ceremonies, mentoring teams, and ensuring alignment with development best practices. The ideal candidate will have experience with digital content platforms and agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos.
• Coach development teams on agile principles and practices.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and refine the product backlog.
• Identify and remove impediments to team progress.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
• 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master, with at least 1 year on digital content projects.
• Strong understanding of content management architecture and workflows.
• Experience with agile tools like project management software.
