Job Description

Leidos seeks a Scrum Master to lead agile teams delivering secure, mission-critical IT and software solutions across national security, health, and engineering domains. In this role, you will facilitate all Scrum events, remove impediments, and coach teams and product owners on Agile practices to drive predictable, high-quality delivery. Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Remove impediments and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery
  • Coach teams and product owners on Agile and Scrum best practices
  • Track and report on sprint progress, risks, and dependencies
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and high performance
  • Ensure alignment of team work with mission-critical customer outcomes
  • Support backlog refinement and prioritization with product owners
  • Promote adherence to Leidos quality, security, and compliance standards
