Job Description
Client is seeking experienced Ruby on Rails engineers to build and support production Rails applications at enterprise scale. The role covers end-to-end feature development, API design and integration, database modeling and query optimization, and production troubleshooting. Engineers will work in a hybrid model with product, QA, and platform teams through the full delivery cycle.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on Ruby on Rails development experience in production environments
• Solid Ruby fundamentals and Rails framework conventions
• RESTful API design, development, and integration
• Relational databases — schema design, ActiveRecord, SQL query tuning
• Automated testing (RSpec or MiniTest)
• Git, code review, and CI/CD workflows
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience

Good to Have (will help candidates stand out)

• Go (Golang) — backend service development
• Java — enterprise or microservices development
• Sidekiq / Resque, Docker, Kubernetes
• AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure
• Redis, Elasticsearch
