Position Summary

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a Salesforce Developer to design, develop, customize, and integrate Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, Apex, and Lightning Web Components (LWC), along with experience developing APIs and integrating Salesforce with internal and external systems.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for:

1. Salesforce Data Cloud – Advanced experience
2. Salesforce.com Apex Development – Expert-level experience
3. Salesforce.com Lightning Web Components (LWC) – Advanced experience
4. Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and its capabilities.
    

Minimum Qualifications

The position requires:

Education	Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience	5+ years of software development experience, including significant experience developing and customizing enterprise CRM or cloud-based applications.
Technical Skills	Application Development, Object-Oriented Programming, API Development, Cloud Technologies, Database Technologies, Web Technologies, Software Testing, Development Tools
Business / Domain Skills	CRM Development, Enterprise Application Integration, Business Requirements, Application Support, Agile Development, Software Delivery
Communication	Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
Documentation	Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.
Work Authorization	Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience with cloud-based CRM platforms, data services, APIs, and enterprise application integrations.
2. Experience developing scalable, secure, and well-tested application solutions in an Agile environment.
