The Role

• Design, develop, and enhance Tactical Signature Guidance (TSG) systems, including sonar tactical decision aids (TDAs).
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex software challenges with innovative solutions.
• Mentor a distributed team of developers within an agile framework.
• Collaborate with a program of over 50 members on mission-critical software.
• Support hardware system configuration and integration efforts.
• Drive process improvements and introduce innovative workflows.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physical Science, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years of experience developing real-time acoustic signal processing algorithms, parallel processing, SOA, or signal processing systems.
• Proficiency in Java and C++ is required.
• At least 5 years of experience with sonar and/or Navy Command and Control (C2) systems.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance.
• IAT Level I or higher certification, or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire.
