Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Mobile Fullstack Lead with strong expertise in Flutter and Dart and hands-on experience with backend technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing scalable, secure, and high-performance mobile applications across iOS and Android.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and lead the architecture of cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
• Define scalable application architecture, coding standards, design patterns, and best practices.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend systems.
• Collaborate with backend, product, QA, and engineering teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and reliability.
• Lead technical decisions, code reviews, and architectural improvements.
• Support CI/CD, mobile application deployment, testing, and production troubleshooting.

Required Skills

• 14+ years of mobile application development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart.
• Strong understanding of iOS and Android mobile development.
• Experience with REST APIs, backend integration, and microservices.
• Knowledge of mobile architecture patterns such as Clean Architecture, MVVM, or BLoC.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Strong communication and technical leadership skills.
