Product Designer III

Pay Range: $70/hr - $74/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with cross-functional teams to understand goals, requirements, and constraints for assigned initiatives
• Translate problem statements into user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes
• Apply interaction design, visual design, and information architecture best practices to create engaging experiences
• Participate in critiques and incorporate feedback to iterate quickly and improve design quality
• Follow established design systems, accessibility guidelines, and brand standards, designing new patterns as needed
• Document design decisions and specifications to support implementation and ensure alignment with designs
• Lead alignment with cross-functional and partner teams independently, presenting work and driving decisions forward
• Communicate progress proactively, without waiting to be asked
• Utilize AI tools to enhance exploration while maintaining clarity and intentionality in final work
• Manage priorities across multiple workstreams to deliver design output on schedule.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• 5-7 years of experience in product design, UX design, interaction design, or a related field
• Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work (problem framing, exploration, iteration, and final execution)
• Experience designing across desktop and mobile tools
• Experience with enterprise design
• Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma)
• Experience designing for web and/or mobile products, including responsive design considerations
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present work and produce concise, well-structured documentation
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design
• Experience with big tech companies
• Experience with advertising
