Job Description

Integrated Programme Specialist


Location: Lewis / Netherton – office base in Glasgow, Perth, Inverness or Aberdeen

Contract: 12 months initially

Rate: £700 – £750 per day via Umbrella PAYE


Turner Lovell is recruiting Integrated Programme Specialists to work on major HVDC projects in Scotland as part of the Pathway to 2030 programme. You will help integrate and optimise complex construction programmes covering design, civils, buildings, HVDC converter technology, HVDC cable and AC substations, working closely with Project Managers, Planners and supply chain partners.


Key responsibilities:

· Integrate multiple work packages into a realistic, construction-focused programme.

· Optimise programme logic, interfaces and critical paths.

· Review contractor programmes and ensure NEC3 compliance.

· Assess delays, change events and programme risks.

· Coordinate across engineering, construction, commercial and supply chain teams.


We are looking for:

· Major project experience within a multi-contract / disaggregated delivery model.

· Strong Primavera P6 experience.

· Good knowledge of NEC3 programme requirements.

· Experience with HVDC converter stations or similar complex infrastructure projects.


The roles will support projects at Lewis and Netherton, with significant site presence required. Office bases are available in Glasgow, Perth, Inverness or Aberdeen.

Initial 12-month contract, paying £700 – £750 per day via Umbrella PAYE.
