Business Analyst - AVP - TOM & Business Architecture

As a Business Analyst you will play a pivotal role in driving transformation across complex projects within the financial services sector. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve engaging with diverse stakeholder groups to understand their needs, producing detailed documentation that underpins solution development, tracking regulatory changes across EMEA regions, and ensuring compliance by translating requirements into actionable business outcomes. You will assess impacts on operating models, communicate effectively within multi-disciplinary teams to gain consensus on solutions, articulate benefits of change initiatives to stakeholders at all levels.

What you'll do:

• Prepare detailed business analysis documentation, including target operating models, process frameworks, comprehensive business requirements, and test scripts, to support the design, development, and implementation of solutions.
• Monitor and analyze regulatory developments across the EMEA region, collaborating with subject matter experts to assess their implications and document actionable impacts on systems and processes.
• Identify and formalize changes to operating models, establish clear timelines, and define governance structures to ensure effective implementation.
• Provide robust support for quality assurance activities, including testing phases, and assist in resolving any issues that may arise.
• Develop structured plans and processes to evaluate the impact of changes while maintaining comprehensive documentation that adheres to audit and compliance requirements.
