Technology Resilience Project Coordinator - Hybrid

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Technology Resilience Project Coordinator - Hybrid for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12 month contract opportunity.
We are seeking a highly organized and technically minded Technology Resilience Project Coordinator to support the continued growth and execution of the Technology Resilience program. This role is ideal for someone with a background in technical operations, infrastructure, cloud, disaster recovery, or project management who can work effectively across multiple technology teams. The successful candidate will help improve operational maturity, drive the execution of resilience initiatives, and translate technical information into meaningful executive communications.
Responsibilities:

• Coordinate technology resilience, disaster recovery, and recovery testing initiatives across various technology teams
• Track program milestones, deliverables, action items, risks, and dependencies
• Assist in the execution and continual improvement of recovery testing activities
• Participate in technical meetings and coordinate follow-up activities between technology teams
• Support analysis of recovery gaps, outage trends, and resiliency risks
• Participate in major incident reviews and track root cause investigations
• Create executive-ready PowerPoint presentations for management updates
• Develop reports, dashboards, scorecards, and management presentations
• Help improve organization, tracking, reporting, and documentation across the program
• Maintain and enhance ServiceNow reporting and dashboard capabilities

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline
• 3-5 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Technical Project Coordination, Technology Operations, Infrastructure Support, Cloud Operations, Production Support, Disaster Recovery, Application Support, or Technology Program Management
• Strong understanding of enterprise technology environments and concepts including servers, databases, networking, storage, and cloud platforms
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, and reporting tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Pay range up to: $27.54 per hour
