Change Management Consultant

We’re looking for an experienced Change Management Consultant to support a large-scale enterprise transformation involving CPQ and Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes.

Its a 6 months contract and remote -- No c2c only w2 candidates please

Must-Have Experience:

• 5+ years of Change Management experience, with the ability to independently manage multiple workstreams
• Hands-on CPQ implementation experience — Salesforce CPQ or similar
• Strong understanding of pricing rules, discounting, approval workflows, and Quote-to-Cash
• Experience with structured change methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR or Kotter
• Ability to map current-state and future-state Q2C processes
• Strong experience developing communications, training materials, job aids, and change documentation
• Skilled in facilitating workshops and stakeholder alignment sessions
• Experience supporting large enterprise transformation programs across Finance, IT, Sales, or Operations
• Familiarity with CRM, ERP, and Q2C implementations
• Experience using AI/LLM productivity tools for drafting, summarization, and day-to-day work

Prosci or CCMP certification and experience working with a PMO are highly preferred.
