Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Must have skills: - Organizational change management, change adoption, change impact assessments .
• 7+ years of experience as a Senior Change Management Specialist
• Develops and executes the organizational change management strategy to facilitate stakeholder adoption of proposed improvements.
• Conducts change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, and readiness planning to support successful transformation.
