The Role

• Deliver expert vehicle maintenance and diagnostic skills directly to customers at their locations.
• Conduct a variety of services including maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics for a range of light vehicles.
• Manage stock, complete reports, and maintain effective customer communication.
• Represent the organisation professionally during all customer interactions.
• Adapt to a dynamic work environment with diverse daily challenges and vehicle types.

What You'll Need

• A Level 2 qualification in light vehicle maintenance or equivalent.
• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as a vehicle technician.
• Proficiency in working with a broad range of light vehicles.
• A full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers.
