The Role • Travel to customer locations to perform vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs. • Conduct a variety of vehicle servicing, including routine maintenance, diagnostics, and in-depth repairs. • Manage personal stock of parts and tools, ensuring efficiency in service delivery. • Engage with customers, providing clear explanations and advice on vehicle issues. • Maintain accurate reporting and administrative records for services performed. • Represent the company's brand and values with professionalism and excellent customer service. What You'll Need • Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent. • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as a vehicle technician. • Proficiency in working with a diverse range of light vehicles. • A valid UK driving licence with fewer than 6 penalty points. • Ability to work independently and make sound judgments on vehicle repairs. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for customer interaction.
