The Role • Deliver first-class vehicle maintenance and diagnostic services directly to customers at their locations. • Perform a variety of tasks including servicing, diagnostics, and repairs on a range of light vehicles. • Manage your own stock of parts and conduct necessary reporting. • Act as a brand ambassador, providing excellent customer service and advice. • Independently assess and resolve vehicle issues, making sound decisions on the spot. What You'll Need • Level 2 qualification in light vehicle maintenance or equivalent. • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as a vehicle technician. • A valid UK driving licence with no more than 6 points. • Strong customer service and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and think critically. What's On Offer • Competitive base salary of £40,170, with on-target earnings up to £52,000. • Provided company van, fuel card, uniform, tools, and diagnostic kit. • 23 days of holiday per year (plus bank holidays), rising with service. • Opportunities for overtime and other financial incentives.
