Business Systems Administrator

Honda Development & Manufacturing of America, LLC (HDMA) seeks a Business Systems Principal Administrator to own and optimize core business systems that power advanced automotive manufacturing. In this engineering-driven, quality-focused environment, you will configure, maintain, and integrate enterprise and manufacturing-related applications, ensuring reliability, data integrity, and secure access. Partnering with operations, engineering, and IT, you will gather requirements, lead enhancements and upgrades, resolve complex issues, and improve workflows. You will also support reporting and analytics, document standards, and train users-contributing directly to innovation, safety, and continuous improvement at Honda.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and optimize business systems supporting manufacturing and engineering operations
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate operational needs into system enhancements
• Manage system integrations, data flows, and user access/security within core platforms
• Lead requirements gathering, testing, and deployment of new features and system upgrades
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and coordinate with vendors or internal ITDevelop and maintain documentation, workflows, and standards for business systems
• Train and support end users, promoting best practices and continuous improvement
• Support data quality, reporting, and analytics for operational and leadership decision-making
