Key Requirements

• 15+ years of SAP FI experience
• Proven track record leading multiple SAP S/4HANA transformation programs
• Experience in large-scale, global enterprise environments
• Strong advisory and consulting background with the ability to provide independent oversight
• Expertise in validating solution designs, identifying risks and gaps, and challenging implementation approaches when necessary
• Ability to collaborate with business and IT leadership to drive successful program outcomes
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and executive presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor during the SAP S/4HANA transformation program
• Provide independent validation of program strategy, solution design, and execution plans
• Identify project risks, gaps, and potential issues, and recommend mitigation strategies
• Review and challenge system integrator recommendations to ensure alignment with business objectives
• Partner with business and IT stakeholders to guide decision-making and program governance
• Support localization and global rollout initiatives while ensuring best practices are followed
• Help ensure the transformation program progresses efficiently and delivers expected business value.
