About the Job- We are looking for an experienced SAP BPT Consultant to join one of our enterprise client engagements. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SAP BPT, SAP S/4HANA, SAP CAP along with experience working in fast-paced enterprise environments.

 

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP BTP Consultant to design, develop, integrate, and support solutions on the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with SAP BTP services, application development, integration, security, and cloud technologies.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement solutions using SAP BTP.
• Work with SAP BTP services including Cloud Foundry, SAP Integration Suite, SAP HANA Cloud, and SAP Build.
• Develop and maintain integrations between SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Configure and develop interfaces using SAP Integration Suite / Cloud Integration (CPI).
• Work with APIs, OData, REST, SOAP, IDoc, and event-based integrations.
• Develop cloud-native applications and extensions on SAP BTP.
• Work with CAP (Cloud Application Programming Model) and/or SAP Fiori/UI5 where applicable.
• Configure and manage BTP destinations, connectivity, authentication, and security.
• Work with SAP HANA Cloud for data modeling, development, and integration.
• Support application deployment and lifecycle management across BTP environments.
• Troubleshoot integration, application, connectivity, and performance issues.
• Collaborate with SAP functional and technical teams to understand business requirements.
• Prepare technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and development specifications.
• Follow SAP security, development, and integration best practices.
• Participate in SAP implementation, migration, integration, and transformation projects.

 

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP BTP.
• Experience with SAP Integration Suite / Cloud Integration (CPI).
• Knowledge of Cloud Foundry environment.
• Experience with APIs, REST, OData, SOAP, and integration technologies.
• Knowledge of SAP HANA Cloud.
• Experience with BTP destinations, Connectivity Service, and authentication/security.
• Good understanding of SAP architecture and SAP system integrations.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.

 

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP CAP (Cloud Application Programming Model).
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori / SAPUI5.
• Experience with SAP Build Apps / SAP Build Process Automation.
• Knowledge of SAP Event Mesh and event-driven architecture.
• Experience with SAP Datasphere or SAP Analytics Cloud is an advantage.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, Git, DevOps, and cloud deployment practices.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA integration.
• SAP BTP certification is preferred.

 

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant SAP BTP certification is an advantage.
