The Role

• Assembling steel structures for medium, high, and extra-high voltage substations (up to 380kV).
• Installing high-voltage and medium-voltage equipment, including air and gas-insulated systems.
• Performing assembly and disassembly of screwed and pressed connections, as well as pipe and cable assembly.
• Reviewing and marking up technical documentation.
• Contributing to the successful implementation of energy transition projects.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as a locksmith, metalworker, industrial mechanic, construction mechanic, plant mechanic, or a comparable qualification.
• Previous experience in locksmithing or metalworking, ideally within construction, mechanical engineering, energy technology, or the metal processing industry.
• Familiarity with electrical installations is advantageous.
• A valid driver's license (Class B) and willingness to travel to site locations.
• Readiness for regular business trips from Monday to Thursday within southeastern Germany, including overnight stays.
• Good German language skills and a self-motivated work attitude.
