Experienced candidates needed for Inbound Technical Support Process for US Shift.

Job Role: Receiving Inbound calls from customers regarding printers, routers, e mails etc.. Analyzing the issues correctly and selling the relevant plans and software..

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Candidate with Excellent Communication Skill.

2. Candidate with at least 6 months experience in International Outbound can apply for Inbound Tech Process.

3. Candidate must know how to close their own call and must know how to close calls by taking payments through different gateways.
