Job Title: Guidewire Digital / Portal & Integration Developer Production Support Work Arrangement: Onsite / Hybrid (to be confirmed)

Experience: 8+ years preferred, with strong hands-on Guidewire integration experience

Description:

Experience supporting and developing Guidewire Digital / Portal applications, preferably CustomerEngage, ProducerEngage, or similar customer/agent-facing applications.
Experience integrating digital applications with Guidewire PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter and/or BillingCenter.
Strong Java development experience including Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices, Maven, object-oriented programming and design patterns.
Strong API development and troubleshooting experience using REST, JSON, SOAP and XML.
Experience with API management platforms such as Azure API Management.
Experience troubleshooting end-to-end integrations across Portal, API Gateway, middleware and Guidewire backend applications.
Experience with middleware/integration technologies; BizTalk experience is preferred.
Experience with web/digital technologies such as JavaScript/Node.js and modern web application architectures.
Strong understanding of application security including OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML 2.0, JWT, SSL/TLS, authentication and authorization.
Experience with DevOps tools and practices including GitHub/Bitbucket, Jenkins, CI/CD and branching strategies.
Experience with production monitoring, application logging, incident troubleshooting, root-cause analysis and performance analysis.
Experience working in an AMS / Production Support environment, including L2/L3 incidents, problem management, defect fixes, minor enhancements and production deployments.
Ability to collaborate across Guidewire, Digital/UI, Integration, Infrastructure and business teams to resolve production issues.
Experience working in Agile delivery and support models
Cloud & API Management: Azure API Management; exposure to AWS/Azure cloud services preferred. Skill Split: 60 70% Java/API/Integration + 20 30% Guidewire Digital/Portal + 10 20% production support/DevOps
