We are looking for a driven, results-oriented Business Developer to grow our footprint in the Gulf Coast region.
As a Staffing Business Developer, you will manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to account management—to expand our market presence.
Identify and secure new business opportunities in industrial and technical sectors through cold calling, LinkedIn, and networking.

Strategic Growth: Develop and implement strategic plans to expand our customer base in the petrochemical, energy, and mechanical industries.
Evaluate client needs to provide tailored staffing solutions (temporary, temp-to-hire, direct-hire).

Relationship Management: Build and maintain lasting relationships with Hiring Managers, Procurement, and HR professionals.
Present tailored sales proposals and negotiate contracts.

Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities.

Experience: 3+ years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or staffing/recruitment (industrial/technical staffing experience is highly preferred).
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

Skills: Exceptional sales skills, including cold calling, presentation, negotiation, and closing capabilities.

Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with industrial, mechanical, or safety staffing is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Base Salary + Uncapped Commission Structure.
