Senior Business Analyst
Location: Juno Beach, Florida (Onsite)
Role Overview
This organization is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to act as the primary translator between business stakeholders and technical developers. The role focuses on supporting the digital transformation of the Engineering and Construction estimating team, modernizing processes from spreadsheet workflows into a custom application. The successful candidate will navigate between diverse business and technical teams to identify operational improvements, document requirements, and assist in rolling out digital solutions utilizing technology, data, automation, and artificial intelligence.
Key Responsibilities

• Partner with estimators and project managers to analyze existing processes, identify pain points, and discover automation opportunities.
• Translate business needs into clear technical requirements, user stories, and tickets for the development team.
• Assist in designing, testing, validating, and rolling out new custom digital solutions and cost models.
• Utilize spreadsheets extensively to map, simplify, and transition existing processes into the custom software platform.
• Facilitate meetings and collaborate closely with technical developers, estimators, and various business stakeholders.
• Communicate complex concepts and proposed technical solutions clearly through presentations and visual slide decks.
• Leverage modern technology tools and light coding to build mock-ups or proofs of concept.
• Establish best practices for project metrics, estimating methodologies, and cost forecasting frameworks.

Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong background in requirements translation and process improvement.
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet software, data management tools, and project management platforms such as Jira or Confluence. Strong capability in designing presentations to communicate business cases.
Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency utilizing artificial intelligence tools to build functional mock-ups or proofs of concept.
• Experience or background in engineering, construction, estimating, utilities, or technology product management.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools and structured query languages.
• Background demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and workflow evaluation.

Work Requirements
This position requires driving as part of the daily duties. A valid, non-restricted driver's license is required, demonstrating a safe driving history.
