Optus is seeking an End-to-End Network Voice Service Owner in Sydney to drive performance and evolution of mobile and fixed voice services. You will translate complex challenges into priorities and practical improvement plans that support customer outcomes, strategy and growth.
Lead service-health reviews, define SLAs, and work across Networks, Product and business teams to improve resilience and cost efficiency. Strong ITIL background and stakeholder management are essential.
