Senior .NET Engineer

Our client, a remote staffing partner is looking for a Senior .NET engineer to add value to their Australian client base.

• Produce code across Microsoft platform including .NET, SQL, Azure SQL, Azure PaaS technologies
  
• Write standards-compliant front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, JQuery/Javascript, Bootstrap
  
• Revise, update, refactor and debug code
  
• Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle
  
• Provide expert technical support to the in-house support team and externally to customers and partners
  
• Manage, deploy and optimize Azure assets
  
• Test and deploy applications and systems to multiple Azure environments
  
• Adhere to all company policy, standards, and methodologies
  
• Interact and communicate effectively with all levels of staff, senior management and customers
  

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or equivalent with programming experience
  
• 5 years of design and/or development experience with .NET,C#, ASP.NET and SQL Server
  
• Strong background in object-oriented development techniques
  
• Solution Design Patterns and Best Practices
  
• Database design and development (Microsoft SQL Server)
  
• Experience with Service Oriented Architecture and Microservices a plus
  
• Experience with Git source control
  
• Experience with Azure DevOps pipelines and boards a plus
  
• Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and Agile methodologies
  
• Passion for technology and knowledge
