The Role

• Build relationships with new and existing commercial customers.
• Conduct property inspections to identify pest issues and recommend solutions.
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting and lead generation.
• Utilize provided tools and technology to manage sales agreements and organization.
• Articulate product and service benefits with confidence and care.
• Serve as an empathetic problem-solver for customer needs.

What You'll Need

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification (company paid).
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions and access different property areas.
• Ability to perform physical demands including ladder use and lifting.
• Prior sales experience is preferred, but not required.
