Job Description

PCT - Pacific Cast Technologies, a PCC Structurals company, seeks a Human Resources Manager to support a high-performance manufacturing environment producing mission-critical metal components for aerospace and industrial markets. In this on-site role, you will partner with plant leadership to drive staffing, employee relations, performance management, and compliance, while reinforcing a culture of safety, precision, and continuous improvement. You will manage recruiting, onboarding, and talent development programs, administer compensation and benefits, and lead investigations and conflict resolution. This position offers hands-on experience in a global, stable organization with strong safety programs, skills training, and clear paths for advancement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle HR support for a manufacturing plant, aligning HR strategies with production goals and safety standards
  • Partner with plant leadership on workforce planning, staffing, and organizational development
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives for hourly and salaried employees
  • Administer performance management, coaching leaders on feedback, discipline, and development plans
  • Oversee compensation, benefits, and leave programs in compliance with company policy and regulations
  • Ensure HR compliance with federal and state employment laws and company policies
  • Drive training, skills development, and succession planning aligned with continuous improvement culture
  • Lead employee relations, investigations, and conflict resolution to maintain a positive work environment
  • Support safety culture through HR practices, communication, and recognition programs
  • Use HR metrics to identify trends, recommend solutions, and support operational excellence
