Human Resources Manager

PCT - Pacific Cast Technologies, part of PCC Structurals, seeks a Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations at our manufacturing facility. In this safety- and quality-focused environment, you will partner with plant leadership on workforce planning, recruitment, and retention for hourly and salaried employees. Responsibilities include employee relations, performance management, training coordination, and HR policy administration. You will ensure compliance with employment and safety-related regulations, support a culture of continuous improvement, and help develop talent to meet demanding aerospace and industrial customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR operations for a manufacturing plant, ensuring alignment with corporate policies and labor laws
• Partner with plant leadership on workforce planning, staffing, and organizational development
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention programs for hourly and salaried employees
• Administer compensation, benefits, and performance management programs
• Coach managers on employee relations, conflict resolution, and corrective action
• Support safety culture through HR policies, training, and incident response coordination
• Drive training, skills development, and succession planning initiatives
• Manage HR data integrity, reporting, and HRIS transactions
• Ensure compliance with employment, EEO, and safety regulations
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and operational excellence
