Job Description

PCT - Pacific Cast Technologies, a PCC Structurals company, seeks a Human Resources Manager to support a high-precision manufacturing environment producing mission-critical metal components for aerospace and industrial markets. In this on-site role, you will lead plant HR operations, including full-cycle recruiting, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR policy administration. You will partner closely with operations leadership to support safety-focused, process-driven teams, drive engagement and skills development, and provide data-driven HR insights that enable operational excellence and continuous improvement in a large, stable, global organization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for manufacturing, technical, and salaried roles
  • Partner with plant leadership on workforce planning and organizational design
  • Administer HR policies, employee relations, investigations, and corrective actions
  • Drive performance management, coaching managers on feedback and development
  • Oversee compensation, benefits administration, and leave management
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and safety standards
  • Support training, skills development, and succession planning programs
  • Analyze HR metrics (turnover, staffing, attendance) and recommend improvements
  • Support change management, engagement, and culture-building initiatives
  • Maintain accurate HRIS and personnel records for audits and reporting
