Qualifications && Compensation: • Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Years of experience: 3+ years • Total Compensation: $224k+ yearly Job Description: • Develop, test, and deploy Java applications utilizing modern frameworks such as Spring. • Build and integrate scalable RESTful web services and enterprise microservices. • Incorporate next-generation AI coding agents into development routines for complex refactoring and automated test generation. • Manage and audit application context across repositories to ensure security, high performance, and architectural alignment. • Utilize configuration management and build tools including Git, Maven, and Nexus within Linux operating environments. • Interface with cloud platforms like AWS and Azure, as well as NoSQL and search databases such as MongoDB and Elasticsearch. • Participate in agile ceremonies, perform code reviews, and provide technical guidance across the engineering team.

Telework: This position supports a hybrid work schedule with an average of 1 to 2 days per week on-site.
