The Role

• Manufacture and install high-quality sheet metal components, including ventilation systems and internal fittings.
• Interpret engineering drawings to measure, cut, shape, and assemble materials.
• Produce accurate, well-finished work to required standards and quality expectations.
• Apply practical problem-solving skills to resolve manufacturing and installation issues.
• Collaborate within a skilled team to ensure safe environments and reliable installations.

What You'll Need

• Hold a recognised Modern Apprenticeship, Trade Papers, or SVQ/NVQ Level 3 qualification (or equivalent).
• Experience from construction, manufacturing, marine, or other practical engineering environments.
• Understanding of SHE and COSHH requirements, following safe working practices.
• Ability to measure, cut, shape, and assemble components accurately using engineering drawings.
• Solid attention to detail and craftsmanship skills for high-quality work.
• Must be able to attend a recruitment day in Glasgow.
