Workday HR Functional Consultant

job summary:

Seeking a Functional Consultant with extensive experience in Workday HCM Human Capital Management to lead requirement gathering solution design configuration testing and stakeholder engagement for HR transformation and workforce management initiatives.

responsibilities:

• Act as the primary Functional Consultant for Workday HCM implementations and enhancements
• Conduct requirement gathering workshops and perform fitgap analysis with HR and business stakeholders
• Translate business requirements into Workday HR solutions and functional designs
• Configure and support Workday HCM modules and business processes
• Collaborate with HR Talent Management Payroll Benefits and technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery
• Support data migration testing SITUAT defect resolution and production deployment activities
• Prepare functional specifications process documentation and user training materials
• Provide postgolive support and drive continuous process improvements
• Ensure compliance with HR policies security and regulatory requirements
