The Role

• Drive new business development by prospecting and leveraging assigned leads.
• Conduct property inspections to identify pest issues and recommend innovative solutions.
• Build trusted relationships with commercial clients by actively listening to their needs and providing empathetic, practical solutions.
• Utilize company-provided technology, including an iPad and sales software, for agreements and organization.
• Maintain professionalism, integrity, and a safety-first approach in all responsibilities.

What You'll Need

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to obtain necessary pesticide licenses (company-sponsored).
• Willingness to work independently and interact with customers in various environments.
• Capacity to perform physical tasks including ladder use, lifting up to 50 lbs, and accessing confined spaces.
• No prior industry experience required; comprehensive training provided.
