The Role

• Build and execute strategic sourcing plans to attract top-tier active and passive candidates.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR partners to define talent needs and extend competitive offers.
• Champion a positive and "legendary" candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle, embodying the company's culture and values.
• Provide valuable market insights and talent intelligence to inform and guide hiring strategies and decisions.

What You'll Need

• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting and talent sourcing.
• A driven and positive approach to navigating recruitment challenges.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills, with the ability to engage effectively with leaders, candidates, and partners.
