Job Description


We are seeking a Product Owner to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Agile product ownership, stakeholder management, and data-driven reporting and a proven ability to translate business needs into actionable user stories and deliver prioritized outcomes.


Responsibilities:



  • Partner with product and operations stakeholders to define reporting requirements and success criteria.

  • Collaborate with upstream and downstream applications, including TRADS, to understand data mapping and functional dependencies.

  • Break down requirements into epics and user stories with clear acceptance criteria in Jira.

  • Facilitate backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and delivery tracking using Agile practices.

  • Communicate status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders and leadership.

  • Align solutions to Treasury products including Payments, Deposits, Trade Finance, and Liquidity Management.


Required Skills & Qualifications:



  • Proficiency with Agile tools, specifically Jira.

  • Experience in analysis, requirements gathering, elicitation, and stakeholder management.

  • Strong hands-on experience with Agile methodology and delivery practices.

  • Working knowledge of MySQL for data analysis and validation.


Preferred Skills:



  • Business knowledge across Treasury products: Payments, Deposits, Trade Finance, and Liquidity Management.

  • Experience coordinating with data-focused teams, including data scientists, for reporting and analytics.

  • Clear communication of statuses and risks to cross-functional stakeholders.


Additional Details



  • Hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 days onsite per week.

  • Role requires alignment to a specific start date due to business need.

  • Top skills: Jira, business knowledge around payments, Agile delivery.
