Job Description:

• We are looking for an experienced AI Product Manager to lead the development and delivery of AI-powered products that solve real business problems and create measurable value for customers.
• This role sits at the intersection of business, technology, data science, and user experience.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining product vision, prioritizing investments, and working closely with engineering and AI teams to bring innovative solutions to market.
• The successful candidate will be able to translate complex business challenges into scalable AI-driven products while balancing customer needs, business objectives, regulatory requirements, and technical feasibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy & Roadmap:
  • Define and communicate a clear vision and roadmap for AI-enabled products.
  • Identify opportunities where AI and Generative AI can improve customer experience, enhance operational efficiency, or create new revenue streams.
  • Partner with business leaders and customers to understand challenges and convert them into product opportunities.
  • Build business cases, value propositions, and success metrics for AI initiatives.
• Product Development & Delivery:
  • Own the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and ongoing optimization.
  • Create and manage product backlogs, user stories, and feature prioritization.
  • Collaborate with Data Scientists, Engineers, Architects, and UX teams throughout the development process.
  • Define MVPs and drive iterative product releases based on customer feedback and business outcomes.
  • Ensure products are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic objectives.
• AI & Data Collaboration
  • Work closely with AI/ML teams to define model requirements, training approaches, and deployment strategies.
  • Understand AI capabilities and limitations and help stakeholders make informed decisions.
  • Drive adoption of Generative AI solutions, intelligent automation, predictive analytics, and recommendation engines where appropriate.
  • Monitor product performance and recommend enhancements based on data-driven insights.
• Stakeholder Management
  • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technology teams, and leadership.
  • Present product strategies, roadmaps, progress updates, and outcomes to executive leadership.
  • Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to gather requirements and align priorities.
• Governance & Responsible AI
  • Ensure AI products comply with organizational governance, security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
  • Advocate for ethical and responsible AI practices, including explainability, transparency, fairness, and risk management.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Program Management, or Digital Product Development.
• 3+ years of experience working with AI, Machine Learning, Analytics, or Data-driven products.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product management best practices.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or Master's degree in a related discipline.
• Experience delivering Generative AI or Large Language Model (LLM)-based solutions.
• Experience within Banking, Financial Services, Insurance (BFSI), FinTech, or highly regulated industries.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with AI governance, model lifecycle management, and responsible AI frameworks.

Technical Knowledge:

• Exposure to one or more of the following:
  • Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning
  • Generative AI and Large Language Models (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, Llama)
  • Natural Language Processing (NLP)
  • Predictive Analytics
  • Prompt Engineering
  • MLOps and Model Lifecycle Management
  • Data Platforms such as Snowflake or Databricks
  • Cloud AI Services on AWS, Azure
  • Analytics and Visualization Tools such as Power BI or Tableau

Role Descriptions:

• Lead the delivery of AI projects from initiation to deployment. Define project scope| schedules| and success metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
• Manage project risks and stakeholder communications. Drive the adoption of AI-enabled project management practices.

Essential Skills:

• Certifications like PMP or Scrum Master are beneficial.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS is advantageous.
• Familiarity with the financial services sector is a plus.
• Understanding of AI cost governance is helpful.
• Exposure to AI risk management practices is desirable.
• Proven experience in managing AI-related projects is essential.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled SDLC tools is required.
• Strong communication and leadership skills are a must.
• Experience with Agile methodologies is crucial.
• Knowledge of AI governance and compliance is necessary.
