Must-Have Skills:

• 8+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, consulting, or business analysis, including 5+ years in wealth management or financial services.
• Deep expertise across wealth management functions including CRM, financial planning, portfolio management, trading, rebalancing, performance reporting, custody.
• Proven ability to own product vision, roadmap, backlog, requirements, and releases; work with client/financial data using SQL, Excel, BI.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience identifying and implementing AI/generative AI use cases, AI-first SDLC practices, and rapid prototyping using AI, low-code, no-code, or design tools.
• Experience managing onshore/offshore delivery teams and coordinating business, design, architecture, engineering, data, QA, and operations stakeholders.
