We are actively recruiting a Leave of Absence/HR Administrator for our client in Knoxville, TN. This is a HR support opportunity that will require fully onsite support in Knoxville, Monday through Friday. This is an excellent opportunity for a Human Resource specialist to positively impact Employee''s lives in a large, fast paced environment. As a Leave of Absence Administrator, you’ll play a critical role supporting employees during some of the most important and sensitive moments in their lives—whether it’s medical leave, parental leave, or workplace accommodations. Must have a good understanding of Human Resources processes, along with Organization skills, and multi-tasking in high-volume environments.
