Position Summary

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Management Analysts to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for:

1. Manage quota planning, performance tracking, and compensation operations to ensure accurate and timely execution.
2. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical insights to support sales leadership and business stakeholders.
3. Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Compensation, and Operations teams to improve operational processes and resolve data-related issues.
4. Analyze business data, identify process improvement opportunities, and support strategic planning through accurate reporting and analytics.

 

Minimum Qualifications

The position requires:

Education	Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience	2–5 years of experience in sales operations, business operations, compensation operations, financial analysis, or business analytics.
Technical Skills	Databricks, Power BI, Salesforce (SFDC), Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Microsoft Excel, Data Analysis, SQL
Business / Domain Skills	Sales Operations, Compensation Operations, Quota Management, Business Analytics, Process Improvement, Stakeholder Collaboration
Communication	Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
Documentation	Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.
Work Authorization	Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

 

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience supporting sales operations, compensation, or business operations in an enterprise environment.
2. Strong analytical, reporting, and dashboard development skills using modern BI tools.
3. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
