FABRIC Data Engineering Lead

Role: Data Engineering Lead
Location: Redmond, WA  (Onsite)

Mandatory Skills: Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure DevOps, Data Lakehouse, Identity Access Management, Microsoft Fabric, YAML
Data Engineering / DevOps Engineer with strong experience in Microsoft Fabric, Azure data services, and DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, build, and maintain reliable data pipelines and scheduled data processing jobs using Microsoft Fabric.
• Work with Fabric Data Factory, Lakehouse, and Warehouse for data ingestion, transformation, and orchestration.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Fabric solutions using Git and Azure DevOps.
• Support ADF to Microsoft Fabric migration and integration scenarios.
• Manage secure configuration, credentials, identities, and deployment processes.
• Troubleshoot and support data pipeline and infrastructure issues across environments.
• Work with Azure networking concepts including VNets, DNS, private endpoints, and secure connectivity.

Required Skills
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric.
• Experience building and operating data engineering pipelines.
• Good understanding of Azure DevOps, Git, YAML pipelines, and CI/CD.
• Experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF).
• Good knowledge of Azure infrastructure, networking, and identity-based security.
• Experience supporting reliable production data workloads.

Preferred
• Experience migrating workloads from ADF to Microsoft Fabric.
• Understanding of Fabric deployment and automation APIs.
